True not many of us knew him personally but
we still knew him from this list and I believe
it was him (in a recent e-mail) that said
we're all like family on these lists. The
thing is how many people do each of us know
that has died? Especially at his age (22?).
Not many. The only person I know who ever
dies was my grandfather, and an old Spanish
prof from HS who died this Christmas Eve.
But Bevan was someone we all interacted with.
It doesn't matter if we knew him personally or
not. It' just that we knew him and worse,
we knew how he died.
Anyway, I apologize to those of you who
may think I'm replying too much, but this
is one of those things that never happens
and it's good to let loose.
