I doubt this could happen Allan. You have owned that domain
for how many years? And the name does relate to the content.
So, in many people's eyes, you have just as much legal right
to carhart.com than anyone. Any you had it first.

I am reminded of Adam, when MID came out and Paramount/Sony
hassled him for the mib.org.
